We were asked to be speakers on the Hearts at Home anniversary cruise. We saved celebrating our brithdays and each selected some fun and romance for the week in the Caribbean . Lots of kyaking, some dancing, fun with friends Jill and Mark Savage (founders of Hearst at Home) and authors, John and Kendra Smiley, (who also raised a three sons, and one strong willed son too, so we had lots in common!) Oh yeah-- we spoke too! We packed out two session on Men are like Waffles, Women are like spaghetti and our sessions (all the Hearts at Home ones) were announced to the the entire ship on the daily newsletter! We were invited to speak in Ecuador by a couple who serve on leadership at their church! (We'll see if we go, we just got invited to 2 other South American countries and Mexico to speak with the release of our Spanish version of Waffles and Spaghetti book) We'll post more pix later, but here's one of us enjoying dinner.
